The Sweet Verde is smoked local Jalapenos soaked in a sweet brine (AKA Cowboy Candy) & fresh Tomitillos Both from our Beloved Galvestons Own Farmers Market and our blend of spices with Cocao from Costa Rica, Which makes this the perfect sauce for fish tacos but if you refrigerate this sauce it goes well as a salad dressing this is our Vegan's Choice Sauce. We added a small pinch of Scorpion pepper and its NOT HOT just so everyone can feel like a Bad Ass.
